Although Merrimack Appraisal specializes in Essex and Northern Middlesex Counties, appraisal service is offered regularly in the counties of Essex, Middlesex, Suffolk, Norfolk, Plymouth, and Bristol. Appraisal service is also available in Southern New Hampshire primarily in Rockingham, Hillsborough, Strafford, Merrimack and Cheshire counties.

If necessary, appraisal services can be provided outside of the specified areas, although additional fees may be applicable.
